Not just another PVA glue. Under proper working

conditions this will give you an initial bond in

just 5 minutes and a ﬁ rm bond in 10. It is suitable

for interior and exterior use and has been creep

failure tested to BS4071 to eliminate the problem

suffered by many other PVA’s. In common with

other Wudcare products, this glue does what it

says on the pack, outperforming others. If you

want a versatile, quick, reliable wood glue look

no further. Recommended for laminating and

veneering wood as well as construction joints.

Fast Grab 5 Minute

Polyurethane Glue

This massively strong polyurethane glue is

economical to use, has a fast initial grab in 5 to 10

minutes and a ﬁ rm bond in 4 hours. Full cure will

require 24 hours. After setting, the bond is very

stable resisting ‘creep’ , immersion in salt water

and exposure to the elements. Fast Grab will also

bond with cement, metal and many combinations

of materials.

For those of you in a hurry Fast Grab Instant has all the

properties and beneﬁ ts of Fast Grab but this gun-able

Polyurethane adhesive grabs in one minute, sets to a strong

bond in ﬁ ve minutes reducing clamping time to a minimum.

If quick assembly is your need then this is the glue for you.

However, if your joint is to be stressed or jolted then it is wise

to allow 24 hours for the full cure to take effect before you

Axminster Glue Bottles are well made and will give good service

when used with the PVA and aliphatic resin groups of wood and craft

glues. There are four bottles, each dedicated to a particular type of

glue application:

Roller - This lays glue over ﬂ at surface areas via a glue feed roller.

Biscuit Jointer - Head matches the radius of the biscuit jointer’s

blade, it will deliver glue accurately into the pocket for all sizes of

biscuit.

Dowel and Biscuit Jointer - Side ejection nozzle that will feed glue

to the sides of the holes for dowels in excess of 10mm diameter and

the pockets for standard width biscuits.

Brush - Brush on the head for a more conventional type of

application.

All four bottles come complete with closures to keep the glue fresh.

Polyurethane glues cure by moisture and an

effervescence is a by-product of this, having no

strength it is easily sanded when dry, the glue will

not become brittle with age and will not expand

or contract in the joint. In very dry timber it may

be necessary to moisten one surface to encourage

curing to take place.
